REGISTRATION AND AUTHENTICATION:
When you register with us on this website, you are required to submit an email
address and password. Additional information may be included in your
registration profile such as name, address and billing information.
ONLINE PRODUCT ORDERING:
Our site uses an online ordering system for customers to purchase our sling
products and weapon accessories. We collect customer's contact information
(i.e. name, phone number, street address, city, state, zip, and e-mail address)
and financial information (i.e. account or credit card numbers). Customer
information collected from the order form is used to send orders to the
customer and contact the customer when necessary. Tactical Link may also
contact the customer in the future to notify them of new products and services.
Customers may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out
section below. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user
for products and services. Credit Card information is processed by US BANK
through the NOVA Financial Network. All information provided during the order
process is encrypted by SSL for your protection. For more information on our

Tactical Link uses cookies in certain parts of our site for product ordering
progress (Shopping Cart) and to enhance site security and usability (Customer
Log-in Function). These cookies do not track or record your browsing habits or

display ads on our site. These ads may contain cookies. Cookies received with
banner ads are collected by our ad companies, and we do not have access to this

information provided to Tactical Link is stored on secured servers in an
access-controlled building. Physical access to our servers is limited to
Tactical Link systems administration personnel only. Your account information
can be accessed only after signing-in through the site. Therefore, you should
not disclose your password to any unauthorized third parties. If your password
is compromised, you should access your account and change your password
immediately.

This site gives users/customers the following options for removing their
information from our database and to not receive future communications

Please include with the returned merchandise your name, address, phone number, proof of purchase, and a brief written description of any claimed defect(s) in or failure(s) of the item(s). Any merchandise Tactical Link finds to be defective within the warranty period in its original material, construction, or craftsmanship will be repaired or replaced with the same item or one of comparable value. Such repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of Tactical Link and constitutes the sole remedy provided under this warranty. Any merchandise returned for warranty service determined solely by Tactical Link to not be eligible for repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty will be returned to you at your expense. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. This constitutes the entire warranty agreement, and Tactical Link makes no other warranty, express or implied, by operation of law or otherwise.

Due to manufacturing differences from various rifle makers, some lower receivers may not be made to precise military specifications and may prevent proper installation of Tactical Link products. Tactical Link is not responsible for any manufacturing differences or other factors which may prevent proper installation or use of its product. Tactical Link is not responsible for any damages which are the result of improper use or installation of its products. Misuse of your product can cause serious injury or even death. It can also cause your product to break or fail and void the limited warranty. Tactical Link can not be responsible for equipment that is abused or used beyond a reasonable useful life, nor can Tactical Link be responsible for failure of mechanisms due to your failure to properly maintain them. Failure to properly maintain your product may cause its mechanisms to not function properly, which could result in injury or death to you and/or others. It is your responsibility and legal obligation to properly handle, load, unload, use, transport, maintain, and store your firearm in a safe manner. Tactical Link is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages of any kind and all such damages are expressly excluded.
