security. Tactical Link will not sell, release, trade, or provide to third
parties any personal information that is collected on this website unless

CONTACT INFORMATION COLLECTION: Tactical Link uses
a contact form for website visitors who wish to contact us via the Internet.
This form requires users to provide specific contact information (i.e. name and
email address) and demographic information (i.e. zip code and phone number). We
use customer contact information from this form to send the individual
information about our company. The customer's contact information is also used
to contact the visitor when necessary and notify them of new products and

PRODUCT SALES AND AVAILABILITY: All products
displayed on this site will be shipped only to locations within the U.S., U.S.
protectorates, and APO/FPO addresses. All prices displayed on the site are
quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.
Tactical Link reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change
specifications on products and services offered on this site without incurring
any obligations.
REGISTRATION AND AUTHENTICATION: When you register
with us on this website, you are required to submit an email address and
password. Additional information may be included in your registration profile
such as name, address and billing information. At registration, you are also
asked to provide information to verify that you are a quilified purchaser for
United States law enforcement or military. If there are any additional
questions or verification needed to open your account you will be notified and
access to the site will be provided after such information is received.
ONLINE PRODUCT ORDERING: Our site uses an online
ordering system for customers to purchase our sling products and weapon
accessories. We collect customer's contact information (i.e. name, phone
number, street address, city, state, zip, and e-mail address) and financial
information (i.e. account or credit card numbers). Customer information
collected from the order form is used to send orders to the customer and
contact the customer when necessary. Tactical Link may also contact the
customer in the future to notify them of new products and services. Customers
may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below.
Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products
and services. Credit Card information is processed by US BANK through the NOVA
Financial Network. All information provided during the order process is
encrypted by SSL for your protection. For more information on our data security

COOKIES: Tactical Link uses cookies in certain
parts of our site for product ordering progress (Shopping Cart) and to enhance
site security and usability (Customer Log-in Function). These cookies do not
track or record your browsing habits or personal information and are used only
to enhance your online experience at this website. Tactical Link periodically
may use outside ad companies to display ads on our site. These ads may contain
cookies. Cookies received with banner ads are collected by our ad companies,
and we do not have access to this information. However, these cookies cannot
record or copy any personal information provided to Tactical Link. The ad
companies have no access to any personal information provided to Tactical Link.
EXTERNAL LINKS: This site may contain links to
other websites. We do not release any personal information provided to Tactical

INFORMATION SECURITY: This site has commercially
reasonable security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and
alteration or destruction by any unauthorized party of the all information
under our control. Orders placed for Tactical Link products are processed on a
secure server using SSL. Credit card purchases are verified by a secure
connection to NOVA and screened for validity and fraud protection. All
information provided to Tactical Link is stored on secured servers in an
access-controlled building. Physical access to our servers is limited to
Tactical Link systems administration personnel only. Your account information
can be accessed only after signing-in through the site. Therefore, you should
not disclose your password to any unauthorized third parties. If your password
is compromised, you should access your account and change your password
immediately.
CHOICE/OPT-OUT: This site gives users/customers
the following options for removing their information from our database and to
not receive future communications regarding our products and services. You can

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: We offer a 100% refund or
product replacement for defective items. Should a Tactical Link product be
defective in any way, simply contact us via email for a Return Authorization
number. After you contact us, we will send you a return package. Please note
that we will not accept a return without prior authorization, a copy of the
original invoice, and a note explaining the reason for return. We are not
responsible for unauthorized returns. Any unauthorized return will be shipped
back at the owner's expense or refused. After we receive the defective item, we
will gladly replace it, repair it, or offer a full refund. Damaged shipments
should be reported to the appropriate carrier immediately for proper claim
handling. All other defective merchandise must be returned directly to the
appropriate manufacturer for warranty replacement or repair. Please note that
if an order is cancelled after 24 hours of credit card processing, you will
incur a 20% restocking fee. The same fee applies to any item that is customized
or special ordered and canceled. Merchandise that has been used, altered,
or installed will void any return privileges. Merchandise must be in the
condition received in order to qualify for return.
PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES: This Privacy Policy
replaces all previous disclosures we may have provided you about our
information practices. We reserve the right to change this policy and to apply
any changes to previously collected information as permitted by law. If our
information practices change in the future, we will notify you by posting the
changes on our website. This Privacy Policy was last updated in November 2004.
