We gladly accept a variety of electronic payments such as credit / debit cards, PayPal, Google Wallet, Pay by Amazon, etc. Discount codes are to be used when placing orders, not to be retroactively applied after an order is placed.
We accept many commonly used credit cards. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. When completing your order please provide the exact billing address your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order and/or a shipping error.

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. In fact, we may delay shipment of your order, if the delay is minor, until a time when we can fulfill your order in its entirety. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation (or any other form of order confirmation) does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Tactical Link reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Tactical Link does not charge for routine customer service requests. However, requests that require considerable labor to perform or cause additional expenses to Tactical Link must be prepaid (call Client Support at 866.822.5465) before the request is performed. For such customer service requests we have a sliding scale of charges (per order) that include but are not limited to the following:

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Tactical Link signs them or not. Tactical Link reserves the right without prior notice to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time, discontinue or change specifications on products and services offered on this site without incurring any obligations. All prices displayed on this site are in US Dollars.
We make every attempt to ship your complete order on time; however, there may be times when the item you have ordered is out of stock which will delay fulfilling your order in its entirety. We will ship your out-of-stock item as it becomes available. We will do our best to keep you informed of any items you have ordered that are out of stock and are unavailable for immediate shipment. When able we post an estimated shipping date for items known to be out of stock that are in the process of being restocked. We may proceed to print a shipping label (which automatically generates a shipping confirmation email) for your back-ordered/pre-ordered item to establish a first-come first-serve order fulfillment list. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

When you make a purchase from our site, you provide us with confidential information, which we use to process your order(s), to keep you updated on your orders, and to personalize your shopping experience. Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology. To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to our site. When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also entered into our database to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to this site.
All merchandise offered by Tactical Link is sold in new condition and is under warranty unless otherwise stated in the product description. You must notify Tactical Link within seven days after receiving your order if you receive a product that you feel is defective or not new. Tactical Link will, at our discretion, replace it or provide a full refund for the product, including a pro rata share of the related shipping costs, if returned within 30 days of the original order.
Basic eligibility requirements for merchandise return:
Returned merchandise must be in new condition.
The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request must be made within 30 days of your order.
Any and all merchandise being returned for a refund must be accompanied by the packing slip and all the original packaging.
If you meet the basic eligibility requirements summarized above and would like to return your item(s), you must log into your account to initiate a return and obtain a RMA number: log in to your account >> track your recent orders >> select the applicable order >> select Add New RMA. There, and in subsequent email(s), you will receive detailed instructions. Note: if you did not create an account (as recommended) when placing your order you will need to create an account (which allows us to link your past order(s) to your newly created account) before requesting a RMA number.
Tactical Link is not responsible for any expense(s) to return merchandise unless the reason for return is the fault of Tactical Link's order processing where Tactical Link has clearly communicated acceptance of responsibility in writing. A 15% restocking fee is deducted from the applicable refund for any open products returned or cancelled special orders. Shipping, handling, insurance, and processing fees are not refundable. Only the product purchase price will be refunded minus any applicable restocking fee(s). Packages may be refused or returned to sender if an RMA number is not visible or legible on the exterior of the package.
Tactical Link offers multiple shipping couriers for your order delivery. We cannot and do not guarantee when an order will arrive; that is the responsibility of the courier and the shipping service you select during checkout. Therefore, please consider any shipping or transit time(s) offered to you by this site or other parties as merely an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping and/or product availability.
Tracking numbers are provided automatically via email on all orders when your order is shipped. Therefore, please ensure that you provide us with your correct email address when submitting your order(s). If you do not provide a valid email address with your order you will not receive automated tracking information. Note that USPS tracking is very limited and may not show the progress of the shipment until delivered. Even if nothing is updated in the system, the package is usually on its way to you. Some orders may require a signature to receive the package.
Please note that shipping insurance is optional and is not included by default. To purchase optional shipping insurance for your package, or to expedite your shipping service, you must notify us by phone (during our normal business hours) after the order is placed and before your order has shipped. Additional charges may apply. Please keep in mind that, in most instances, orders are processed automatically and fulfilled immediately; and for that reason order changes, including shipping insurance, may not be possible.
If your package is lost due to a mistake from Tactical Link, at our discretion, we will replace the lost parts or provide a full refund for the merchandise lost. If the lost package is the result of the couriers mistake, shipping charges will be refunded by Tactical Link but the content(s) of the package(s) will not be refunded unless shipping insurance was purchased before your order shipped. If insurance was purchased, the claim must be filed directly with the courier. Tactical Link will assist with arrangements for replacement parts and with the claims process as needed.
The international shipping rates displayed on this site are shipping rates only, and do not include duties or taxes.
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state(s) in which we are responsible for withholding sales tax. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Tactical Link shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Tactical Link shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and we cancel your order, Tactical Link shall immediately reimburse you in the amount of the incorrect price.
Tactical Link warrants to the original purchaser that this merchandise will be free from defects in its original material, construction, and craftsmanship under normal use and maintenance for one year from the date of purchase. Any merchandise Tactical Link finds to be defective within the warranty period in its original material, construction, and craftsmanship will be repaired or replaced with the same item or one of comparable value. Such repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of Tactical Link and constitutes the sole remedy provided under this warranty. Any merchandise returned for warranty service determined solely by Tactical Link to not be eligible for repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty will be returned to you at your expense. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. This warranty is void if the merchandise is modified in any way and does not apply to any failure of, defect in, or damage to the item(s) caused by normal wear and tear or by improper use, or for any use for which the merchandise was not designed. Tactical Link products are designed and intended to support the weight of a typical assault rifle or shotgun. For warranty service and/or returns contact our Customer Service Department. After you contact us, Tactical Link will send you a return package or label. Any package received without a visible and legible RMA number will be returned to sender and/or refused. We are not responsible for unauthorized returns. Make sure to include your name, address, phone number, a copy of the original sales receipt/invoice, and a note of explanation. Once we receive and inspect a defective item, we will gladly replace it, repair it, or offer a full refund. Damaged shipments should be reported to the appropriate carrier immediately for proper claim handling. All other defective merchandise must be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer for warranty replacement or repair. This constitutes the entire warranty agreement, and Tactical Link makes no other warranty, express or implied, by operation of law or otherwise.
