BAD-LGB-Ti-625

B.a.d. lightweight titanium .625 gas block

I ordered this gas block along with the 16" b.a.d. lightweight fluted barrel. Both items I can tell right out of the box where manufactured with the highest quality. They both are as described "lightweight". Would recommend and buy again for another build.

B.A.D. Gas Block

Some of the finish is a little rough for the money but it is listed as a raw titanium finish so I suppose that's as it should be.

Very small & light weight

I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the gas tube roll pin hole did not line up with the gas tube. The roll pin started but when it reached the other side it hit the inside of the gas block and stopped. The pin bent and had to be removed. After further inspection I discovered that the roll pin hole in the gas block was drilled at a slight downward angle missing the center line. The gas tube's hole was drilled perfectly through the center. To get the roll pin installed I started a new pin to line up one side of the gas block's hole with the gas tube's. Then on the other side had to run a drill down the gas block's hole to drill out the of the gas tube so the pin would not hit and pass all the way through the gas block.
