It is not possible to place thread-locking compound on the smaller set screw before packaging, otherwise we would. This is why we advise (in the installation instructions) the use of your preferred thread locking compound during installation. Failure to use thread-locking compound (whether or not the instructions were viewed) may result in loss of one or more of the screws.

Be sure to follow the recommended torque value (in the installation instructions of the Enhanced Battery Assist Lever) during installation. Set screw size is #6-32 x 1/8". All other parts of the Enhanced Battery Assist Lever assembly are not included.
