Faxon Firearms Gunner Lightweight BCG For AR15 5.56/.223 Rifles

The Faxon Lightweight Bolt Carrie group fail my NO-GO Headspace testing for 300 blackout. I followed this process: a) Removed the ejector and pin from bolt. b) Inserted a Clymer NO-GO headspace gauge and attempted to close the BCG. c) What should have happened is that I should not have been able to send the bolt completely forward. Unfortunately, I was able to send it completely forward just as I did with the GO headspace gauge. e) I then removed the Faxon bolt from the Faxon BCG and replaced it with a bolt from my Fail Zero BCG. This passed the NO-GO test - very strange indeed. f) I decided to keep the BCG carrier and replace the bolt with another high-end bolt in hopes that will salvage the Faxon BCG for me.
