Unique to the HexMag is the highly visible HexID color identification system that enables you to quickly organize your magazines by ammunition type or caliber without having to write on your magazines. For instance, you might use the orange color for your 5.56 / .223 ammunition and zombie green color for your 300 blackout ammunition. HexMag Color ID System

Just love the easy install for these color ID parts. I have an AR with a 5.56 chamber, and shoot both 5/56 and .223 ammo. I now have my magazines color coded to quickly ID which rounds are in which mags.

Cool identifiers

Bought these for my girlfriend to match her mags to her muddy girl pink camo Windham Weaponry 5.56 SRC. Taught her how to disassemble nags, swap out follower and reassemble them. In literally 10 minutes she was a pro. Great product and easy to install, ????????

The Kansas Infidel Approves

Super simple installation and provides instant recognition for the mag contents. I'll use zombie green for my green tip 556 ammo and the wife gets pink. Easy and cheap way to identify your mags.
