JP Rifles Polished Stainless Steel Full Mass Full Auto Melonited Bolt Carrier For M16 Select Fire Rifles

The JP Rifles Polished Stainless Steel Full Mass Full Auto Melonited Bolt Carrier For M16 Select Fire Rifles is a full mass, full auto BCG that does NOT require that you run your rifle with JP's proprietary Silent Capture Spring. In fact, JP has discontinued this BCG. The replacement for the JPBC-16 is the JPBC-6H (aka JPBC-6) that requires that you run your rifle with one of JP's proprietary Silent Capture Springs, which adds cost and decreases your choice of springs. We have the last of the JPBC-16 inventory. Get them while you still can.

You may be wondering why the stainless carriers appear black. This is due to a new state of the art surface finish for stainless called Melonite or QPQ (Quench, Polish, Quench). This is a specialized type of nitrocarburizing case hardening that increases:
- Corrosion resistance
- Wear resistance
- Lubricity
- Fatigue strength
