Q:I have a lead star prime 9mm pcc with blue accent. Will your EBAL-AR15-BLK work for my PCC? I have a veritas ar15 using a similar release and I love it.
Q:My package is missing the set screw for the paddle. Without it, there is not enough throw to engage the bolt catch. Can you please send me the missing screw?

Q:I noticed that the Magpul BAD device states that it will not fit AR-10 rifles, and AR-15's with wider lower receivers. Is this an issue with the Tactical Link Battery Assist Lever?

Q:Will this fit on a DDM4V7p it seems to have a slightly larger head on the forward assist button then normal. I purchased a BAD lever Magpul and it will not fit, the head on the DDm4V7p forward assist is to large. The BAD lever from Magpul fit my last build M&P Viking tactical no problem. Please let me know if your system is compatible with the DDM4V7p Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Q:I purchased one of your levers for my Sig Sauer M400/AR-15 but it did not adapt to the release area completely. There is a slight rise on the lower assy that it rubbed and would not allow the release to function. Is there one in inventory specifically for this platform?

A: Modaka, this is the first time in many many years that we've ever heard of the EBAL not fitting perfectly on a Sig M400, which makes me suspect that perhaps the components of the EBAL are not fitted properly onto the bolt catch/release... Thanks for the inquiry. Tactical Link

Q:I'm going to ask again, and if you want my business it might be a good idea to answer. I'm interested in your Enhanced Battery Assist Lever, instead of the magpul BAD Lever. But I'm concerned if your lever will work on my Arrow Precision Enhanced upper receiver, because of the shape of the upper. I like that I can get it in Green. A: With the quantity that we sold and the lengthy time frame in which they were available, we are very comfortable in thinking that we would have heard back from those installing the EBAL onto Mega billet receivers if there was a problem. So, the direct answer to your question is "No. We do not have any experience with our battery assist lever on any Mega billet upper/lower receivers." But as stated previously, we more than likely would have heard back from those installing the EBAL onto Mega billet receivers if there was a problem. Thanks for the inquiry. Tactical Link

A: Probably. The Enhanced Battery Assist Lever sports a low-drag receiver-hugging contour and rounded corners everywhere, making it snag-free and comfortable to use. With the original Battery Assist Lever, we learned that not all lower receivers are created equally. Some (i.e. billet receivers) are wider than others. That is why we designed the Enhanced Battery Assist Lever with a Wide Receiver Relief - to provide a better fit on more lower receivers. Compatible with standard / mil-spec dimensioned, right-handed, AR15 / M16 upper and lower receivers, including the HK 416, Sig 516, Sig M400; and also the Cross Machine & Tool billet upper and lower receivers. May not be compatible with the Odin Works XMR Gen1 Extended Mag Release. Not compatible with the following weapons: FNH SCAR, S&W MP15-22, S&W MP15 Magpul Edition, Ruger SR-762, Sig 716; and may not be compatible with some 7.62 / .308 models. Tactical Link
