Will the gen 2 Z-360 QD Sling mount fit the Ruger AR 762 ?

A: The Z-360 Sling Mount was designed around the standard mil spec AR15 / M4 rifle, and therefore it is compatible with nearly all collapsible stock AR15 / M4 rifles. It fits and functions perfectly with weapons equipped with a buffer tube of either mil spec (1.14 inch) or commercial (1.17 inch) diameter, a receiver end plate of mil standard dimensions, and a lower receiver made with mil standard dimensions.
- Is your rifle equipped with a collapsible stock of either mil spec or commercial diameter? - Is your rifle equipped with a mil spec receiver end plate? - Is your rifle’s lower receiver manufactured to mil spec dimensions?
If you answered yes to these questions then your rifle is very likely compatible with the Z-360 Sling Mount. The degree to which your weapon shares these standard dimensions and components will determine the quality of fit with the Z-360 Sling Mount. We have provided a list of weapons that are known to be incompatible with the Z-360 Sling Mount, and while the list is very small we can not possibly know of all the weapons that exist that were manufactured outside normal standards. Therefore, if your rifle is not listed above and you answered yes to the questions above, then you can be confident your rifle is compatible with the Z-360 Sling Mount.

Q:Hi, Im very interested in purchasing one of your Tactical Link Gen 2 Z-360 QD Sling Mount's, and I'm leaning towards purchasing one of your "other color" options. My only issue is that I can't see what those other colors actually look like as there are no pictures on the website. I was wondering if there was any way someone could email me a picture of the USMC Red, and the Pearlescent white mounts so that I have a a better idea of what they look like and I can make a choice. Thanks!

A: Tim, the Smith and Wesson M&P 15 .22 rimfire rifle simply is not made with enough mil standard components to be compatible with the Z-360 Sling Mount. One or more of its components are not mil standard resulting in the 2 products being incompatible. The Z-360 Sling Mount is designed to securely fit a wide variety of weapons, and it fits and functions perfectly with weapons equipped with a receiver end plate of mil standard dimensions, a buffer tube of either mil-spec (1.14") or commercial (1.17") diameter of mil standard dimensions, and a lower receiver of mil standard dimensions. The degree to which your weapon shares these dimensions will determine the quality of fit with items such as the Z-360 Sling Mount and other similar devices. A: Denny, it is a color found on the FNH SCAR rifle called RAL8000. Understandably, this color is not for everyone but it is unique. A: The Gen 2 Z360 is not compatible with non mil standard buffer tubes (i.e. pistol buffer tubes, Colt Canada Buffer Tubes), non mil standard receiver end plates (i.e. QD receiver end plates), ACE SOCOM stocks, the Smith & Wesson M&P15-22, and the HK MR762. If your weapon (HK MR308) is identical to the HK MR762 then your weapon utilizes a non standard buffer tube and is therefore incompatible with the Z-360 Sling Mount.
