V7 Weapon Systems Lightweight KeyMod QD Sling Mount With Rotation Limiter - Black

Whereas the similar Bravo Company BCM Gunfighter Lightweight KMR KeyMod QD Sling Mount is machined from steel, the V7 Weapon Systems Lightweight Keymod QD Sling Mount is CNC machined from 7075 T6 aluminum and type 3 hard coat anodized. The V7 Weapon Systems QD Sling Mount has the same built-in rotation limiter and has a super low, snag-proof profile and fits standardized keymod interface mounting holes of the handguard / rail for attaching tactical slings and/or other QD accessories. The sling mount has an 8-position (360 degree) non-rotational locking interface and works with standard/heavy duty sling swivels. Weight (including screws) is only 0.19 oz / 5.3 grams.

Installation Instructions: locate the forward position of the mount, indicated by the arrow marking on backside of mount. Arrow points towards the muzzle. With T15 Torx wrench, loosen the two mounting screws enough so the assembly can drop in and slide forward to the desired mounting position. Tighten screws until secured (25 in. lbs.). Blue thread locker may be used on the threads of the mounting screws only.
