Building an ultra light AR-15, looks to be coming in, in the 4 lb range soe oz's more but only a few! I haven’t used this Firing pin YET! But it weighs in just shy of half of the stock firepin it is replacing and looks perfect!

V7 Titanium Firing Pin

This is the perfect replacement for my SS pin that came with the BCG. I've cleaned that one several times and it gets fouled fairly easily and takes a lot of scraping to get clean. It was really fouled the last time after over 600 rounds at a 4 day shooting school. At this price the titanium with the ion bond finish will be much easier to keep clean and operational. The one it replaces will be my backup if I ever need one. It was shipped within minutes of ordering online and again for this price it's a no brainer.

A must have for me. Titanium firing pins are all I'll run for many reasons but that's your call. High grade black ion bonded finished titanium for 23 dollars, you just can't beat that. It's been running great and clean up is fast and easy. I hit it with a little breakthrough, let it sit for a min and wipe clean. As always Tac Link is my go to.

V7 goodness

Ill keep it short. Its V7! I've order a slew of V7 bits for my lightweight build and 100% of them are supreme quality. very little weight to be saved as a whole but lighter firing pins have there advantage.

Great firing pin at a great price.

This review is more about Tactical LINK than this great firing pin. The firing pin is "Great" but you can't really rate a firing pin unless it fails.. I just can't believe the price point on a fully within spec "I measured everything" titanium firing pin, that's Ion bonded black, and cleans up like a dream. The smut wipes right off, saving me time and making me happy. I will be changing all of mine. Tactical LINK was fast and kept me informed. Means a lot...
