Constructed from grade 5 titanium, the Ultra Light Titanium Grip Screw weighs only 3.2 g / 0.11 oz. V7 offers a lifetime warranty and recommends installation with the use of an oil based lubricant or Loctite. Installs with a 5/32 hex key (not included). Not compatible with the Hexmag Adjustable Angle Grip.

Excellent Grip Screw Upgrade

I ordered the V7 Weapon Systems Titanium Grip Screw because the screw that came with my Lower Parts Kit was too long. The screw bottomed out in the receiver before actually tightening the grip. The V7 Screw is shorter (and lighter); it tightened up my grip perfectly! Excellent quality product. Would love to try another V7 Weapon Systems product soon!

Go screw your grip

Stock up on these screws for future/current builds.Solid hex with stable grip mounting base.Not some lame/cheap screwdriver grip screw.

It's titanium so it's lighter and more corrosion resistant. A cheap place to start cutting weight.

Racecar mentality

Don't look for one place to lose a pound look for sixteen places to lose an ounce! this is a good start with a cut down A2 grip and no lock washer you cut some weight.

Simple enough product. Fit perfect and easy installation. Not enough of a weight difference by itself to tell but likely one of the first places to start in trimming weight off of your AR15/10.
