Top notch quality! If not for the V7 Ti barrel nut, I might not have went with the Fortis Rev II rail on my lightweight build. Since Rev II uses the Mil-spec nut I was able to cut enough weight over mil-spec steel nut to bring combined weight down much closer to comparable light weight rails on the market.

With the purchase of this barrel nut, I was able to achive a total hand guard weight for a 13" Dal of 7.6 ounces. This coupled with several other lightweight components is going to make my sub 5 pound build a reality.

A: While we don't currently have a BAD upper to test fit, I am sure the barrel nut will fit properly. We've never heard of the V7 Weapon Systems Mil Spec GI Titanium Barrel Nut not fitting properly.

A: The V7 Weapon Systems GI Titanium Barrel Nut For AR15 Style 5.56/.223 Rifles will fit your Bushmaster AR 15 223 if there is nothing about your bushy that is not mil standard. If your rifle is mil standard there will be zero issues. Remember, the "GI" in the name of the product stands for "general issue". You're safe with this product. Order it so we can ship it. :)

A: Unless there is an exception that I'm unaware of all mil spec ar 15 barrel nuts fit all AR15 caliber of barrels. It's usually the handguards that create the compatibility/incompatibility issue. Thanks for the inquiry.
